I think it's appalling to display an image of this man, Ben Roberts Smith, given everything we know about him, in the 'Hall of Valour' at the War Memorial. The CEO of the War Memorial says he "stands by it".

After everything that’s unfolded around Ben Roberts-Smith, it was refreshing to hear the War Memorial confirm his Victoria Cross display remains untouched, his plaque updated only with factual context, and that the presumption of innocence still applies. That principle isn’t optional – it’s the foundation of justice.

What a disgusting question from Channel Nine. A reporter asked Ben Roberts-Smith whether it's appropriate for him to attend a ceremony at the War Memorial. Good to see him put them in their place: "Absolutely. I'm a Victoria Cross recipient." Our war heroes deserve better.

I asked the Prime Minister what he was doing to bring about an end to the appalling loss of life in Ukraine. The Prime Minister must know that in the event of nuclear war, nobody wins.

Towards end of WWII Netaji had ordered construction of a war memorial for 26,000 brave hearts of INA who had laid down their lives trying to free the country. After the war was over,in Sep 1945 Mountbatten came to Singapore and ordered the sappers to blow up this war memorial to smithereens. Please see that disgraceful video. Why is it that FOR 75 YEARS AFTER independence no govt in india has had the guts to rebuild this INA war memoial in Delhi or anywhere else in India?Who are we scared of now?I APPEAL TO THE MODI GOVT TO KINDLY REBUILD THIS INA War memorial at least now and do it in Delhi with great pride and aplomb. Pl see this video shared by Shubham. it should make us hang our Heads in shame. let us make amends at least now.
