I think Ken Rosenthal just ended the Mariners franchise

hoping for M's fans that this public outcry leads to them reversing course and raising payroll in line with how much $$$ they're swimming in. I can't believe they had to tell THE RAYS they couldn't afford 2 good players for what is pennies in MLB $

I live in north Idaho and fly my family of 5 over to m’s games 3-6 times per year. It’s a lot of money. I won’t be doing that anymore. I know what we spend on tickets doesn’t matter, but the cost to me vs the joy of my kids having a sports team they could be loyal to and root for, for the rest of their lives is beyond worth the cost. Until now. Jerry, Stanton and Larson. You have ruined baseball for an entire generation. Fuck you pricks! @mariners @Ken_Rosenthal
