Could well have been a life changing moment for Casey only for O' Mahony's quick reaction. The French Prop must face serious consequences over this!!!

I actually think the player who lifts him up realises and tries his best to push over to the side to not slam his head down… falls on his side intentionally.,

It looks to me like the French lad has already started to move casey to the side and is not trying to jam casey into the ground head first. Insanely stupid to haul him up in the first place but I think the interpretation is a fraction over the top

it was nowhere near a spear tackle, he put him down safely. it wasn't dangerous.

Appears the player realises his mistake and works hard to prevent injury, thankfully successfully.

No dog in the fight here, but it looks like the blue lad realised his mistake and took action to ensure that the maroon landed on his side, not his neck/head

This could have been horrendous. Will be interesting to understand the the length of suspension that he faces. It’s has to be a sufficient deterrent. A disgraceful spear that could have ended a career
