President Trump: The word agree is too strong. I would say not agreed, but we're getting closer to an agreement on that. And that's a big issue. Certainly, that's one of the big issues. It's unresolved, but it's getting a lot closer. That's a very tough issue, but one that I think will get resolved.

Trump on Canada being offered to become an 'associate member' of the EU: I think it's laughable. Look, the whole thing with Canada, Canada has been a terrible trade partner. And if they do that, if I think it's at all a hostile act, I will put very serious tariffs or stop trading with Europe on many things. So if they do that, if Europe does that with a bad intention, if it's a good intention, that's fine.
