H1B needs serious reform. It should be for highly skilled workers where there is no domestic workers qualified. It also should remove the indentured aspect so that visa holders can move companies or change jobs. Its profoundly unfair to the visa holder. The Govt should monitor the lack of skilled workers and invest in remedying that. That being said, there will always need to be a legal immigration process. 0 immigration is not practical or possible.

I agree. Especially given what’s been revealed about it. Companies are abusing that program left and right.
