it's a pretty simple trick you can quickly understand how he did it from the video

The cube is a few moves away from being solved. You can see him solve it through the bag right before he pulls it out. Good trick. Not hard to figure out.

Either the unsolved one was fake, or it was just a really quick one-handed solve. Could have been 2-3 moves in the bag, and it doesn’t look super shuffled honestly
