The bottom line is that Minnesota should have been on top of this fraud. Instead, they left it to fester until a guy named David and Nick shirley uncovered it in one afternoon. Good-hearted Minnesotans welcomed this Somali community into their own, only to be pillaged in return. It's a slap in the face. Any Somali involved in this fraud should be denaturalized and sent back to Somalia.
