I like to feed the birds the bread most of the time I don’t really eat bread that much anymore one toast here and there but you know once in a blue moon, but I give it more to the birds, but if this is healthier for the birds too, damn I’m gonna learn to make bread

4'th attempt and looked great. 1'st one rising, but collapsed. The ones staying flat sliced thin, still make great Crackers. No waste. Secret is in in Backing Powder and backing Soda + Vinegar. Timing and water amount depending on what you add.

BTW, nothing Wrong with Flour. Most if the issues today due to Glyphosate and hybrid flours. Try Ancient grains or their flour. they are pure from the day they were created not cross bread. i.e. Einkorn, Teff etc..
