Both were demonstrating but one group had an ambassador who is not supposed to be partisan.Who is supposed to professional.Who is supposed to represent Uga not nrm or pilawo.Who is supposed to behave like a diplomat not like a folfiga selling Sukumawiki or biringanya in Nakasero.

Not acceptable behaviour from a country ambassador. No single ambassador confronts peaceful protestors. Effectively, she should have sought police permission if she wanted a counter demonstration so that police would be ready for possible confrontations.
