Y'all are embarrassing

You guys got him mixed up with Teddy Pendergrass, Curtis Mayfield, hell even Al Jarreau, however, those guys have passed on, but Al Green is alive and well, he turns 80 in almost exactly months.

I swear some one told me he died long time ago and just left it at that #RIP 😏🤷🏾‍♂️🤣

He did an album with Questlove in the early 2000's. Yes, he's alive.

I’ve been following him for a while

👌🏾💯

That's news to me 😯

Me too 😭

I think people mixing him up with Marvin Gaye.

This nigga is VERY alive in 2026 lol

I thought he was recently a congressman for the state of Tennessee until they voted him out last year.

Me: I knew he was still alive... Also me: googling his latest music.

I feel like black people confuse him with Marvin Gaye tbh

Like rev al green now he got a church in everything

He left and became a Preacher at the height of his career… but he still sings and do concerts.

He was actually on or very near the stage when Drakeo the Ruler was attacked

The show “the soul man” staring Cedric the entertainer was loosely based on his life
