I thought I was watching a cooking anime 💀

Anime : Dungeon meshi

It's a great show tbh

you have great taste

Yeah well, I thought I was watching an anime about writing an encyclopedia

I generally don't like when anime kill characters left and right, it feels too frivolous and meaningless to me, but somehow it fit with this one because revival magic in the dungeon was just that easy that it wasn't really a big deal to people.

lmao dungeon meshi really flipped the script from 5 star meal to full on nightmare fuel

The cooking anime that starts in episode one with the main characters getting brutally beaten and one of them killed and eaten by a dragon? The one with the main plot driver of getting back to the dragon before she's fully digested? That cooking anime?

Sauce: Delicious in Dungeon.

It's fine, everyone...they eat her and she gets better.

I tried watching this back when it first came out and couldn't get into. It felt like the show didn't know what genre it wanted to be and was a bit all over the place.

What is up with the motion smoothing…

she is COOKING XD

No the entire thing is essentially dungeons & dragons the animation 🤷

Looked like their goose was cooked to me.

That one is this one

I cant wait for season 2, it gets even better and existencially complex

The ending of the manga had me staring at my ceiling for a while trying to absorb everything. The way later chapters discusses greed and lonliness was so beautifully written. Great story overall. It's more than just a cooking story.

Yea this scene seems out of place at first if you don’t follow the series, but all the characters that get offed here get revived. But the art and animation is off the chain. Trigger rules.

Esto otra aventura de dungeons an dragóns pero con concina

I have never seen this anime, heard its amazing. I have no context here but I am just baffled by everyone's actions. Like everyone is just standing around so casually or acting so slowly. Or not really caring much as they are being massacred. Whats going on?

This shit is also from a food anime aswell

I NEED SEASON 2! THE WORLD NEEDS IT

This anime surprised me in a good way. Every main character is hilarious during the cooking scenes (especially Laios and Marcille 😂), but when things get serious, it gets darker than most serious anime.

The girl that got squashed like a watermelon 😭

If homicidal why hot

They cooked that later in the show.

This is so good I loved this anime

Bird girl is thicc tho

Top tier show

Oh they COOKED alright🤌🔥

Mind you the tone never returns to normal after this

I think she's going to the grill.

They need to hurry the fuck up and release more episodes.

she is cooking tho
