I truly believe the comic book medium is misunderstood. Definitely underrated and is one of the most important platforms that was invented in the last 150+ years I think a lot of people watching this video will agree and I’m excited to see the Medium continue to expand and... show more

I completely agree. Comics are so much more than just entertainment, they can tell powerful stories, teach lessons, inspire creativity, and connect people across generations and cultures. 🧡

Comic books were the original storyboards. Half of Hollywood's last 20 years is just adapting them with a bigger budget.

People really underestimate how much culture started with comics. The medium is still way more powerful than people give it credit for.

Gary, I took what you’ve shown over the last however many years & owned it, to a degree. Took all my spare time & bought/ resold bulk comics. Then got into specialty books. 1 year, ~$10k in profit. In just my spare time. Then came my son, been on hold since I’ll get back. THANK U

603 days and not a single Democrat has been arrested. I think this is another reason republicans will struggle in the midterms. I think a lot of people see this and ask themselves, what’s the point? I truly think this is how a lot of people feel right now.

I think it’s safe to say that 2025 was a very interesting year. And I think I see it very differently than most. You probably saw a lot of headlines about AI and tech stocks. While that was a big story, I don’t think it was the most important thing. The big story in the investment world was the depreciation of the value of fiat money and how that impacted the price of gold. That’s how 2025 looked through my eyes, at least. I’m curious to hear if you see things the same way.

Supriya Ganesh on AI's impact in Hollywood: “The thing that makes art great is people, and our creativity and our souls and our work. And I just think if we keep television around people and their experiences and their lives, it is going to continue to be the great medium that it is.”

Square Enix released a new Dragon Quest VII Reimagined trailer detailing the job system and combat. Even though I replayed the 3DS version last year, I’m excited for more people to play, what I think is the most underrated game in the series.

.Vice President JD Vance on Elon Musk: "I think what he's done is really incredible... the DOGE effort will continue... and most importantly, the job, the job of making the government more efficient — of not wasting people's money — that has to continue. I think it's one of the most important mandates that we got from the American people."

Praisha - This is the most important part of sannyasa. Declaration that one is taking up sannyasa. Pronouncing the vyahriti-s, one should announce to the world saying "I have renounced", 4 times in low voice, again in medium voice and then as loud as possible. #Shankaracharya

Ok, think we have Bob. I’m trying not to get too excited, there’s a lot of cats that look like him. All of the markings matchup that I can see and as you can see in the video, this cat is very comfortable with me. The vet is gonna come by tomorrow and I so hope it’s him.

William Friedkin on the most important part of directing a movie: "It changes at different points in the making of the film. Initially, the most important decision you make is to decide what story you're going to tell. There's no decision more important than that. Because the commercial cinema, in which I work, is a storytelling medium. It's not necessarily a medium for... well, it isn't at all a medium for documentary purposes, for educational purposes, for experimental purposes. It's strictly a medium of entertainment. And the other aspects of it, if there are any, come as a kind of by-product of the audience experiencing the story. So, the most important decision I make as a filmmaker is to decide what story I'm going to do. There's nothing more important than that...ever. Once the story is decided, it then becomes a matter of translating the story into details; it becomes a matter of how I'm going to tell it. And the next most important elements are the casting and the people who are going to work on the film." (William Friedkin's interview with Gerald R. Barrett, 1975) Clip from: Sorcerer (1977) Director: William Friedkin

‼️🚨🤡Someone needs to explain to 🤡 Starmer that NLP doesn't work that way. "Today, Ukraine probably has the most effective fighting force in Europe. Therefore, I believe Ukraine will win this war. It will achieve justice." "When do you think this will happen?" "I don't think anyone can put a precise date on it. But what's important is that the mood has changed this year—both in Moscow and throughout Europe. One of the reasons I sincerely believe this is because of the very strong statements made following the G7 summit a few weeks ago, and then the recent NATO summit. People around the world are beginning to understand that the tide of the war is truly turning in Ukraine's favor, and that Ukraine will win this conflict. And that's absolutely right."

Elena Rybakina on winning 8 matches in a row when facing top 10 players, ‘Last season I gained some confidence throughout tough matches. This is something I tried to carry to this season’ “Your record since October is 8-0 against top 10 players… obviously conditioning is one aspect of that. Is there anything else that led to your form over the last few months?” Elena: “I think last season the last couple of tournaments I played I gained some confidence throughout tough matches. This is something I tried to carry to this year, this season. Still a lot of things to improve and work on. Most important is that I’m trying to stay aggressive whenever I get the chance to step in, maybe risk a little bit. Even today a couple of shots were very close to the line, on the line. I’m glad it was going my way. The most important for my game is to stay aggressive.” (via Australian Open Press)
