I trust Solomon Buchi to respond 😂

For this post Sir Solomon you took it way way out of context. I believe Pastor Phil was trying to say as a woman your not inferior and you should be a complete human being, have a life for yourself, have a sense of purpose and build financial stability. As 1 you should be able to chase a thousand so when you and the man partner you can chase 10 thousand

💯

Solomon should sit this one out. Clout chaser. He clearly understands what the Pastor was saying but his controversial nature won’t let him shut up. We all understood what the Pastor was trying to pass across. Not everything needs your attention on social media.

Some pastors of this generation will lead you astray if you are not reading your bible

I never like the guy. Pretending not to understand what the man of God is saying. What pastor Phillip was saying is your wife should be able to help you when you need it but he is seeing another thing because “Riches is a sin”

Good response. Call it jokes all you want, subtle messages are passed through jokes and this matter should not be given the opportunity to be misconstrued by any means. Well done, Solomon.

I understood the first pastor without qualms Yes when u isolate some statements, u can find problem but it comes off on the context that a womam must not become economically crippled just because she is married and that a man must empower her woman That is Christian Yes, the statement about 1million is an exaggeration andthe domestic violence is also an exaggeration but to emphasise the truth that over dependency cripples a woman So yes, Buchi is right to correct the exaggeration but at least point out the truths in what he said as well Else these things look as if, Pastor Phil was totally wrong and Buchi is totally right Both had solid points and must be emphasised

Making me agree with Solomon Buchi is a sin that I can’t forgive easily.

Ah

He must be fun at parties. 🤦🏾 Cos more than half of the Pastor’s clip is hilarious as you can hear the audience laugh.

If I could choose between becoming a rich wife and a poor wife, I will choose a rich wife. Ohhh, I forgot. I’m already a rich wife. I understand that situations and circumstances happen but, before going into marriage, finances should be major discussions every intending Christian couple have. One of the leading cause of divorce even among Christians is finance.

SB is not wrong, but this wasn’t the moment for that correction. The pastor was making a real point about marriage, wrapped in humor. Most of us got it. I don’t even think it is as deep as SB made it. Sometimes being right and being necessary are two different things. Sigh.

I have to agree with Solomon Buchi on this but I’m hurt that I have to accept 🤧

Lol

Buchi brought in balance.

Why must we always respond to everything. If you know better why not start your own ministry. All this trying to correct every Man of God is just unbecoming of us Christians. If you know as much as you claim, start your own marriage seminar. Nonsense

As a woman have your own money oh It will save you a whole lot…

Gender based violence in marriage is linked to poverty kpa. Nothing you wan tell me. There are other things o and it still happens where there is wealth but you can't say a woman who isn't empowered and is poor is somehow shielded.

Faith built on materialism will sink in the storm .... Believers build your Faith on the things eternal

💯 agreed

Solomon is absolutely right. I shook my head and didn't have the strength to reply the initial video. Solomon has done that and I concur

He missed the whole point of this video. He should have listened with an open mind and not from a point of view that has been affected by a personal experience.

Context: You posted the pastor’s video & now quoted same with Solomon’s commentary acknowledging your trust in him to have responded. I have just one sincere question for you- When you post these videos, what would you say is the purpose?

What did Pstr Philip say that is wrong? He said nothing wrong. And I'm happy for his wife. I don't wash my hubby's clothes because it's stranious for me. He washes by himself. Does that mean I'm not a good wife? Because of CLOTHES...

He just changed the whole story. At this point, solomon is just eager to set a camera without understanding the point

Solomon doesn’t understand the context. He also failed definition of Kingdom marriage. Even God promised us the riches of the gentiles. Bible has principles for everything we need in life; we just have to apply them. The pastors only encourages all to better themselves

You are chasing clout and missed the context You lot jump on what people say to teach and feel some superior knowledge. Kingdom marriage though not quantified should be influential. Take your time to digest and contextualize the information shared by the preacher.

I quite agree with Solomon on this.

I think SB picked the message out of context. Pastor is saying women should have value too, explore their potentials, and not be reduced because of marriage. They are still raising godly kids.

Is Solo trying to correct what Pastor Phil said? He's trying to say something but said nothing close to what the pastor said. But wait, must we have something to say to always negate a MOG? How did we get here?

The problem with young Christians is they believe the pastor more than God's word. Without sentiments, the picture of Kingdom marriage created by the pastor here is wrong. The pastor is human and can make mistakes. I'm sure he will make the necessary corrections soonest.

Pastor Philip used his wife as a case study to further buttress the point earlier mentioned which wasn't captured in your 1 minute video. There is nothing bad about developing and aiding your woman to be prosperous.

This Solomon guy is a blogger, After been assaulted in Nigeria he pack him family run go turn blogger for overseas

If your wife is dependent on you, treat her with compassion and Love, not so your “prayers can be answered” but because it is a “duty”.

The pastor said "I can't reduce my wife to the kitchen" "I can't reduce her to a dry cleaner". 'I want a wife that can borrow me 2m and nt payback" He's not seeking Buchi's opinion. Those are personal stands. If you like u can marry a poor woman, or turn ur wife to a dry cleaner.

This will make some women in his church not cook for their family since their pastors goes to Yaba to eat out like.... Lol It will make some of them see packing clothes to washing machine as slavery Kingdom marriage is when your wife borrows you money not even give? 🤦♂️😂Chai!

He doesn't understand the point, what the pastor was inferring to

This question should be added to the must asked question in a relationship; which pastor do you listen to???

Solomon Buchi is right but I believe Pst Philip was merely stating that men should not reduce their wives' impact on domestic chores. While it is a necessity, it can be outsourced but her impact transcends these minor things. Every other thing he said was to emphasize that point.
