The version of me around my friends and my fans is exactly the same, but when I’m around other people, I’m actually not very good at making conversation. I was talking with my friends about a conversation I had with a celebrity I follow on social media, even though we’re not close. My friend was like, “Why didn’t you keep the conversation going?” and I replied, “Wait, really? I supposed to do that right?” It probably makes me seem stuck-up, but honestly, I’m just scared. I keep worrying, “What if they don’t want to talk to me?” So I don’t dare to start a conversation or say too much. But my friend told me, 'Just go for it! "Twitch do wonderful things but we can always do better... men need to realise the damage they're doing and how they're supressing women on #twitch" Obviously this goes for all online spaces, I was just having a conversation about Twitch but the internet IS a PUBLIC SPACE where you're connected to people from all walks of life.
