I understand that there are some who have expressed concerns about the ULEZ expansion, but it’s an urgent priority for me to clean up our air. We must do everything possible to save the lives of the thousands of Londoners who die through causes linked to air pollution.

Mayor of London pretending air quality is better in central and inner London than in outer London. Wrong. And he knows it's wrong. If the case for outer London ULEZ is so clear, why can't he tell the truth about it? Here's the pollution map from his own 2019 document.

“Your car pollutes London. But give me £12.50 a day and you can continue to pollute London”. Please explain how this scheme helps clean up our supposed toxic air?

If the case for outer London ULEZ is so clear, why doesn't the Mayor make it honestly? This evening I've written up the events and revelations from City Hall over the last week. The Mayor doesn't come out well.

This is our capital city not yours. We do not want this. Everyone knows about the air in a capital city and we chose to live here so back off. Money is tight enough without you robbing us some more and fixing the results. Stop ruining my city.

and here Sadiq, is the people's question time response on ULEZ and your other vanity projects. The look on your face says it all. These results came from your OWN report. You are a fraud!

You understand nothing of the impact on Londoners this will have, yet choose to fly the equvalent of FOURTEEN times around the planet. So air pollution in between getting a cavalcade of cars just to walk your dog? Hypocrite

When all the cars comply @MayorofLondon will charge for road use claiming to reduce congestion this will happen as it’s all about money and filling his financial black hole that why the quick rollout 👎🏻please leave office Londoners can’t afford you 👎🏻

Would you still be saving lives if we all paid £12.50 a day and kept our non compliant vehicles ?

If it was about clean air, you'd just ban the high polluting vehicles, not charge people using them. And you could have proper subsidies and support for those needing to change their vehicles. But in reality, this is just another chance to take money out of people's pockets

If you cared about air quality you would campaign to get rid of LTNs which displace and concentrate traffic. London is a mess. You are the cause.
