More moves to AI-first living. Got the Genspark browser that just came out. One thing I notice is that I like having separate browsers working on different tasks. I'm not a big user of MCPs, since I'm not really a developer. Are you? They have a store of a bunch of MCPs available to use. Most of my AI work is research related, or answering emails and scheduling things, I'm focusing more of my effort there. Genspark has been shipping a ton of stuff the past few weeks, from ability to make slides to a new AI secretary that can schedule things, or help you answer your emails. First I looked at, "does it make sense to move over to this new way of working?" The problem with that is you gotta learn a new browser. Well, it looks like Google Chrome, except it has a prompt window. Click the icons underneath it and you will see you can add X, Notion, Google stuff like calendar and gmail, or a variety of others. But the real power is just talking to it. I asked it what kinds of tasks it can do, and it answered: "Just tell me what you want to accomplish! For example: "Research the latest developments in spatial computing and create a presentation" "Analyze my Gmail for any important emails from this week" "Find information about AI robotics companies and create a spreadsheet" "Generate a video about emerging tech trends" "Help me plan a trip to CES 2026" And so further into AI-first living I go. Have you tried it yet? What do you suggest I do next to use more AI to run my life and build my business? I have another browser tab building a video for me. What a beautiful time to be alive. I watch my entire AI company work in REAL-TIME!! I tell Jarvis what I want, and he identifies which employee (that he manages) should get the task and do the work. Jarvis literally delegated 3 tasks to my 3 separate AI employees THAT HE MANAGES! Jarvis is doing all of the work for me, and this literally brings so much value into my life. We aren’t even a week into using OpenClaw and we’re acting like a billion dollar startup. TRULY INSANE!!

Wow very easy to create a Codex Site with a Convex DB that your agent can write to. You can make a todo list app that is hosted on Codex Sites, then tell Codex to make a skill that allows the agent to WRITE/EDIT to that todo list db. And then in any chat you can add to your list. Here's example.

Monetizing your own AI app just got really easy. Last week I used YouAI to create an AI-powered bio generator. It took me less than an hour and I didn't need any programming skills. And now it just made it's first sale. All you need is a good idea and some prompting skills. Here's how you can create your own: Step 1: Setup → Go to → Sign up, then click on "new AI" (you can also remix an existing AI if you're lazy) Step 2: Create prompt → Within the "preamble" you can create the main prompt for this AI → In my example I described the assistant's goal (bio generator) and defined the format of the bios → I also added some bio examples to train the AI Step 3: Configure inputs → Now you define what the user inputs when using the AI app → In my case I defined 3 user inputs: - What topic do you tweet about? - What is your background? What have you achieved? - How do you help your followers? The answers are then used as variables to create the bios. Step 4: Publish → Select the underlying model (GPT or Claude) → Keep the app free or turn on monetization → Then publish! I went from 92 to 98 miles an hour by adjusting my drop. When I used to think about the drop phase in my delivery, I thought I needed to drop as hard as I could into my back leg. So that’s what I did. I dropped in, got into a squat position, and powered myself out of it. That got me to the low to mid nineties. What got me to 96, 97, and 98 was learning to create linear momentum during the drop. I started moving down the mound instead of just dropping straight down. One of the biggest things that helped was dropping into the inside of my back foot. Before, I would drop into the sole of my back foot. That put me in a very vertical shin angle and I’d go straight down. Then I had to push out of it. The simple adjustment I made was dropping into the inside of my back foot. That put me in a position where my shin wasn’t as vertical. It created a force vector that helped me get down the mound and build linear momentum instead of just going straight down. That linear momentum wasn’t powered by me. It was powered by gravity. I was able to use gravity to my advantage and throw harder with less effort.
