Update to the latest version of the ChatGPT desktop app, then just ask Codex to create a WebMCP-enabled app and deploy it to Sites.

Decided that I was going to build an app today using AI. I have no formal CS training and I’ve never coded before. In a just a couple hours, I built Tetris on iOS using ChapGPT. Awesome experience… 1) I asked Chat GPT to teach me along the way (vs just write all the code) 2) when I screwed up, I could send it screenshots and it would tell me what I did wrong 3) It made something intimidating - learning a new language - super approachable 4) ultimately great results: The game works! As we roll into 2025, I’d encourage you to try to learn something alongside AI. More than just the task, you’ll discover that we have some insanely powerful tools now at our finger tips

I watch my entire AI company work in REAL-TIME!! I tell Jarvis what I want, and he identifies which employee (that he manages) should get the task and do the work. Jarvis literally delegated 3 tasks to my 3 separate AI employees THAT HE MANAGES! Jarvis is doing all of the work for me, and this literally brings so much value into my life. We aren’t even a week into using OpenClaw and we’re acting like a billion dollar startup. TRULY INSANE!!

Wow very easy to create a Codex Site with a Convex DB that your agent can write to. You can make a todo list app that is hosted on Codex Sites, then tell Codex to make a skill that allows the agent to WRITE/EDIT to that todo list db. And then in any chat you can add to your list. Here's example.

I went from 92 to 98 miles an hour by adjusting my drop. When I used to think about the drop phase in my delivery, I thought I needed to drop as hard as I could into my back leg. So that’s what I did. I dropped in, got into a squat position, and powered myself out of it. That got me to the low to mid nineties. What got me to 96, 97, and 98 was learning to create linear momentum during the drop. I started moving down the mound instead of just dropping straight down. One of the biggest things that helped was dropping into the inside of my back foot. Before, I would drop into the sole of my back foot. That put me in a very vertical shin angle and I’d go straight down. Then I had to push out of it. The simple adjustment I made was dropping into the inside of my back foot. That put me in a position where my shin wasn’t as vertical. It created a force vector that helped me get down the mound and build linear momentum instead of just going straight down. That linear momentum wasn’t powered by me. It was powered by gravity. I was able to use gravity to my advantage and throw harder with less effort.
