i want a debate app for multiple ai models. ask the same question, compare answers, open threads, summarize. like a group chat. why does this not exist properly

Not every task needs the same model. A quick summary doesn't need the same horsepower as a deep research question — and it shouldn't cost the same either. Now, you can now easily compare models for your Custom Agent on speed, intelligence, and cost 🫡

I don't know why the Codex app hasn't implemented this, but one of my favorite features from Cursor was (and still is) Inline-ask I could highlight any text, press Cmd+K, and ask a throwaway question, and it didn't alter my chat sessions

The answer engine UX is broken — Perplexity can't get you where you want to go. I'm open-sourcing Portal, a new approach combining the best of traditional search + answer engines. If you ask a question, it answers. If you want to go somewhere, it takes you there - like magic.

GPT-2 + Seedance 2.0 Prompted for my avatar to ask her a question and she replies. If I actually cared about this I would probably manually place the question overlay on the chat overlay.

Consensus app gives you the consensus of the scientific community on any given question. Go to consensus[.]app and ask a Yes/No question (e.g. Does immigration increase unemployment?). It will give you papers for both Yes and No.

That question led me to leave my design job this spring and start a company w/ my cracked eng bestie We want a future that looks less like AI girlfriends and more like new IRL memories with people we love But the digital Ozempics that block screen time won't get us there We're building new infrastructure + delightful AI-native products to make it 10x easier to go explore IRL than to doomscroll ** Our first app, GTFO, is now in TestFlight + has a few open spots DMs are open, especially if: - you're in a relationship + are tired of the dinner-and-Netflix routine - you + your crew want to actually make it out the group chat - you're craving rich IRL memories > digital ones

Some folks are saying Deep Seek censors certain topics (like Tiannamen Square) because it's a Chinese app. This is not true. Deep Seek is an open source LLM. You can download it, or host it outside China, and use it however you want. If you use its chat interface that's based in China, it will have to comply with the Chinese regulations. But outside China, you can do pretty much anything. For our app Research Kick, we are hosting it in the US. You can see, it answers my question about Tiannamen Square.
