When the judge took the second sip, I knew it was under the jail time. This woman is a monster. 😡 This also shows what happens to 99.9% of defendants IMMEDIATELY after being found guilty. Remanded into custody.

She had the right judge on the right day. Those long sips of that big gulp told me everything I needed to know. I agree under the jail.

Honestly a little weird seeing a judge out of robes and taking sips off a drink, but I personally like it It humanizes and removes that air of authority that scares defendants I hope those kids get the love and care they need

These are the kinds of cases that if the parent is allowed out, they often end up killing their own children due to extreme abuse/neglect. Glad the judge protected the children.
