Most of the flight critical high pressure components for this plane are now being made at over 320 manufacturing facilities in India. I’ve made over 400 of these components at my business for the last 25 years. Two months ago I laid off +20 highly skilled machinists and quality technicians. Yesterday all of my capitol equipment was auctioned for a fraction of the real value of these machines. Why? Because Boeing moved all of this work to India. They gave me one week’s notice. 🤬 I will never fly on another Boeing aircraft as long as Iive. Boeing has decided that product liability insurance is cheaper than having their product made in America.
