I wanted a way to explore Unicode by visual similarity, not just by name or codepoint, so I built Charcutrie. It lets you browse characters that look alike, search across scripts and symbols, and even sketch a shape to find matching glyphs. (pretty badly for now :D)

So you can just give it a postgres URL (or sqlite db file) and it will just... explore it and offer to build things. Even with a crazy nonstandard (from Ecto perspective) database. The search bar crashed, I sent the logs to the agent, and boom realtime searching

I LOVE SOULSEEK. So I built a modern client and if you love soulseek and want to use it I'd love to share it with you. You can watch this video to get a quick feel but it's designed to be lightweight/simple and easy to browse users collections. Seokjin, you can come to us any way u like 🥺 🐹So yesterday, I really wanted to post something right at midnight, but I was not sure how to put it into words. So I just wrote something with a heart full of gratitude. I did. But then, the way I feel is that I always end up writing something that just conveys my gratitude to you all, and ah… I actually wish I could talk to you in a lighter and more casual way, but I feel like I haven’t really been able to, and I find that a bit disappointing/sad. It feels like I always come across too serious (than I meant to be). I want to be lighter and more easygoing with you, not approaching you in a heavy, formal way, but rather in a friendly and casual way. But these days, even when I try something lighthearted, there have been various things going on and with the group activities and everything and so….. So it feels like the sense of closeness has become a bit distant. I’ll try harder to connect with you in a warmer and more approachable way.

AOC: I think it’s pretty unbelievable that Gaza would not be mentioned once in the autopsy report. I think it was very clearly a major dynamic and a major thread that was happening in 2024. The fact that it’s not even addressed, I think, is a major oversight. And I think that for young people, it was a huge part of the environment. I can tell you for myself as a candidate during that cycle, there’s no way that it was an ignorable issue or totally immaterial. So I think that it’s a real disservice to not speak to that or include or assess that.
