He was a child when he became a professional football player. He had no real world experience. It’s good that it helped him grow as a person.

Out of school with no Maths, English, foreign languages or science, and the priority when eventually educating himself was Black history. It’s a stretch. But at least he’s doing something and for a decent reason.

As a player I rate him as one of three best I have ever seen in the Premier League. But shows that a player career counts for very little to become a top manager. He lacks the charisma and verbal ability to inspire. The harsh reality.
