I was advised one dessert per week……

I have sugar allergy rofl rarest of rare allergy I can’t even eat desserts if I end up having one I have to suffer for few hours with mild shortness of breath Crazy as it sounds. I do take risks at times but Since I don’t have the craving for sugar. Able to cope with it.
