We managed to enter the Israeli kill zone in the Nur Shams refugee camp in the West Bank. This is the location of perhaps the most forgotten humanitarian catastrophe in Palestine. The residents were expelled by the IDF in January 2024, and have been unable to return since, making them refugees twice. Nur Shams, Tulkarem and Jenin Refugee Camps are now essentially training grounds for the Israeli army, while they continue to terrorise the refugees in the nearby villages.

The confrontations erupted as troops entered the camp, according to local security sources cited by Al Araby TV. ▪️In Hebron, Israeli settlers held a provocative march east of the city, coinciding with sweeping closures imposed by Israeli forces for religious celebrations for Jewish holiday of Hanukkah. Several neighborhoods were sealed off, while access to the Old City and areas around the Ibrahimi Mosque was restricted, sharply disrupting civilian movement and raising tensions. They were held inside a military barracks in the camp, where they endured a full day of abuse and humiliation, and were beaten after being stripped of their clothes — a scene that exposes the brutality of the occupation and its ongoing violations against the camp’s residents.
