Also, she got directly into selective enforcement of criminality, as in white populations are not nearly as policed as black populations.

The problem with "per capita," is that everyone only leans on the part that helps their arguments. Whites will lean on "per capita" when it pertains to crime but will completely ignore it when it comes to generational wealth. Blacks will lean on it when it comes to generational wealth but will ignore it when it comes to crime. But you can't have one without the other. Without the housing subsidies that lead to the growth of the suburbs more whites would be on the areas that have the environmental factors known to increase crime. And more blacks would have the generational wealth to move away from those areas.

What's so funny about this is, if I remember correctly, she was pursuing a masters in behavioural econ. 😂😂
