Shoulder bump is from an AC joint tear in the past at some point. Depending on the grade, I think the resulting "bump" can be permanent even if it's surgically repaired. No idea what the fingers are from though. Dude has played a long, long time. Been in the league since '13.

I’m in no way comparing myself to Poyer but my shoulder looks the same from just 4 years of HS FB, 3 AC joint separations. I can’t imagine a decade plus in the NFL on the body. Even with surgery, it will never look the same again.
