I was totally startled today at CVS. Wait till the end. 👇🏽

Stop making excuses for people and their rude behavior! I got a phone call that my mother had hours to live and the drive was 7 hrs. I had to stay at work and meet with three different families that lost their loved ones and I never said a word! I helped all three families while my own mother was dying! I’m a funeral home manager, director, and embalmer. The corporation I worked for was horrible and I’m no longer there!

I'm startled when CVS has a prescription ready and on-time.

Such a powerful reminder to give grace in uncertain situations. We all need to remember.

I'm like you, being in the service industry, generally when I receive bad customer service, I think this person should be fired. But you never know what someone is going through inside. Thanks for the Labor Day message.

CVS is a woke joke

Opinion, I think her core Trumped her positions demeanor that she plays everyday to keep her job. Otherwise she could have said "I need a personal moment please, could you find someone else to help you, thank you"
