Welcome to the party! Always be mindful that we might be wrong. 👍Next issue…if we can learn to activate single MUs with practice, and we recruit different regions of muscles differentially depending on mov’t pattern, then why can’t we learn to bias activation of VMO or BFlh/sh?

The thing is, as @AdamMeakins said, in my 23 years as physio and osteo dedicated to orthopedics and rheumatology, we need a little bit of everything according to our current situation, and we have to be open minded to what means health to a particular patient...
