Wow. "Sometimes you let your parents dreams die for yours to live. " That was 🔥 It just blew my mind for the second time today.

I never thought of it as “Imposter Syndrome”, and I have been blessed to meet at a Cybersecurity conference with engineers in the company I thought was my goal to strive for. When getting to talk directly with them I quickly realized my knowledge and skill are vastly more than theirs due to what my company needs and what theirs are set as. Basically they deal with a dripping tap water of issues while I stand in front of Niagara Falls. My knowledge grows faster, and I get to do much more than they will ever see. The only benefit for trading off would be a higher six figure range, but I know I’d stop growing, which leads to boredom.

Damnn this was so good. Thanks for posting, could relate to majority of it.

Interview process is broken, but there's no other alternative in the near future. Doesn't matter how good someone is at their job, interviewing skills are completely different than doing the actual job.

Amazing video, very few people from big tech companies speak the truth.

Didn't want to see this video on a Monday. Honestly, amazing video. Need to think on my "goals" a lil bit more. Thank you for sharing.

@kunalstwt Do watch guys 💯🚀🚀 Thank you so much for making this video Kevin

@valentinerutto This is one of the few honest takes on FAANGS versus Startup. Both categories have have their pros and cons. The key takeaway for me is, plan your goals and aspirations before looking for what best aligns as opposed to living out other people's dreams. Thanks mate!

MY MAN IS SPITTING BARS. but fr superb video - hopefully youngers see this before allocating their 10-20 year life reserves.

@kunalstwt Ohh My God , typical Elite , privileged against teaching what not to do
