The Assembly has voted in support of Irish citizens in the North having the right to vote for the President of Ireland. This is about equality, inclusion, and respect for Irish citizens in the north. The India–UK Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) is now in force, marking a major milestone in economic ties between the two countries. Nearly 99% of Indian exports to the UK will now enjoy duty-free access, creating fresh opportunities for sectors such as textiles, leather, engineering goods, pharmaceuticals, gems and jewellery, and IT services.
