Calf needs fluids. If you didn’t ensure he’s had colostrum within 6-8hrs he’s a goner. Hopefully he did

Try some Dexamethasone. It helps with lung issues

I’m sure he’s nursing. I haven’t been close enough to check for colostrum output due to mom wanting to kill me.

Man I would check him periodically to ensure he’s nursing as well as checking for scours. They die quick if they’re not getting fluids

@GailMessmer Dummy foals are better known - born healthy, then deteriorate - detached, disoriented, unresponsive, confused, trouble nursing. But calves can be that way as well. Madigan squeeze is the fix if that's what it is. I've done it to a calf.
