From a lifetime of outdoor working. You can put on enough clothes to stay warm in severe cold. Can't take off enough to work in this heat.

After working outside in New England and living in PA majority of my life, I personally prefer to keep my toes, fingers, and nose fully functional when I’m outdoors. I’m not trying to risk hypothermia!
