Such sad news about Dr Michael Mosley ☹️ This recent clip was profound and yet so very simple, "What we buy and then consume has a massive impact on our health.. I managed to reverse my Type 2 Diabetes without medication, simply by losing some weight, and changing my diet" It is said that the best of people are those who add value to other people's lives. Over 4 million in the UK have diabetes, and over 415 million have it world wide I can't explain the science, but the simple message of eating well and the impact it can have on our health eg reversing diabetes, is a massive game changer Michael articulated this - and so many other things - in a friendly, easy to understand way We were in Greece last week and it was very hot. Twice after midday I soaked my hat in water, and on both occassions it dried up in just a few minutes. The heat there at this time of year can be relentless My condolences to his family and friends at this difficult time. Thank you for all that you have done Michael. May you rest in peace 🙏

Rosie passed on Saturday 4 weeks ago Rose had surgery that resulted in her cancer coming out of remission. By last Saturday her little body was very close to having enough - with rapidly expanding tumours all over her rear end She was in pain and starting to become a different dog to the one I knew and loved On Saturday, I made the very sad decision to put Rose to sleep It was the hardest decision of my life and Rose fought all the way to the end. In a sad way she made me so proud In the truest sense of the word: Rose was a pioneer. It is my hope that her contribution will lead to many people never having to face what I had to go through on Saturday - both humans and pets alike I buried her with help from friends and family and she will be sorely missed please send her your thoughts or prayers love Paul

I had two ideas for this post: 1. The LGM-1 preserves the round by not killing the last zombie. This is an AMAZING quality of life change, especially since one of the last steps of the quest involved shooting the Wonder Weapon, and this is a brilliant detail that I am so happy they thought about. 2. The LGM-1 is so bad, it can't even kill one zombie!
