@StevenBartlett We'd all love to have that attitude but unfortunately it's not the way the world works. For many identity, nationality and culture us deeply ingrained. With that comes tribalism of sorts. I personally feel like you but have a real awareness that its a privileged world view.

@StevenBartlett The open-mindedness and self-awareness required to come to this conclusion is not the norm. If we could somehow instill/encourage these characteristics in future generations... that would be ideal.

@StevenBartlett So what are you going to do about the tension between types of a kind? The liars and deceivers? The warrior? The pacifists? The builders? The destroyers? Even if what you were saying was accurate you still have infinite diversity of personality types under “we are one” umbrella.
