Daniel, you should be very proud of yourself. You've overcome so much, and your courage in sharing your knowledge and journey is now saving lives. It's unfortunate that others in similar situations in the past were unable to do so, but you are helping others overcome this who are experiencing it now. You are an inspiration! 🙏

@NHL If I may. Please don’t forget to take a break from the uphill fight on behalf of others to enjoy life for yourself. The downtime does the brain a world of good. Thanks for all of your insight.

@NHL You may. And I just returned from space and time travel and a 5 gram mushroom dose in Oregon where I reset my brain and spirit and gained valuable insights into my life’s mission of helping people recover from neurological and psychological ailments

My shirt was really annoying me today. Every time I raised my arms, it would ride up. I almost took it off and just lifted in my sports bra, but I thought that wouldn’t be appropriate here.

Would I go back to 20 years old? Not a chance. Everything I have today comes from the mistakes, the risks, and the journey. You don’t get the outcome without the process and I wouldn’t trade that for anything.

It's #nationalsiblingday and I wanted to show love to my silly sisters whom I love dearly 🥰 and my sister Traci whom I miss soooo much. I wouldn’t be the woman I am today without any of you. ❤️

It's my 41st birthday today, and I woke up to find that the robots and scavengers from my game were cooking up a surprise for me last night! I have the best friends.

🐰 before i was resting, before i got time to myself…i thought that i’d feel jealous if everyone was doing perfectly fine without me. both the members and moas. i had this unkind thought that i wished everyone wouldn’t be living comfortably and perfectly fine without me but after i took a break, i wished that the members and moas wouldn’t feel my absence, that everyone would be happy and not be uncomfortable and that they wouldn’t miss me 🐰 but you still missed me, right? ◠ ‿ ◠ 🐰 you missed me, didn’t you?

“Ya know, I was asked, your wife’s family broke the law, what do you think of that? And I said, well I’m so grateful that they did because if they didn’t have the courage to take that step I wouldn’t have the 3 beautiful children that I have today.”

Demetrious Johnson did not speak with Dana White at UFC Seattle, but did have a conversation with Hunter Campbell: “I said, ‘I appreciate you letting me out of my contract. I really do.’ At the end of the day, the UFC could have said no. They let me get out of my contract, and when I went to ONE Championship, I made great money. I truly believe if I had never gone to ONE Championship, I wouldn’t be in the position I’m in today. I have to be grateful. I have to show respect.”

Psalm 32:5 Then I acknowledged my sin to you and did not cover up my iniquity. I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the LORD.” And you forgave the guilt of my sin. Today, confess and repeat the salvation prayer. You will be a new being from today.

Anthony Mackie says if he'd stayed in New Orleans after his mom died and his best friend got killed, he wouldn’t be here today "When I was in 10th grade, my best friend got killed. And I saw it. I was standing there with him. I was across the street. He was at the gas station. Dude got out and just mowed him down." "My mom passed away when I was 15. So after that, I was in a spiral. I was in the streets. I was doing dumb [stuff]… railing against God." "The passing of my mom with my friend getting killed is what preempted me to go to North Carolina for that summer." "I knew if I stayed that summer, I wouldn’t be here today." "Once I found an understanding and a love for my craft, it filled that void."

“i had the burden that if i didn’t grow up properly, my sisters wouldn’t grow up properly either. and from when i was in the second grade of elementary school, i would take my sisters to to the public bathhouses with the 3 of us, i washed all the dirt away because i didn’t want to waste money. since i was in elementary school, i did the laundry and dishes for my mom, and during summer vacation, i made sure to make them study ‘today, learn from here until here’. i felt a lot of pressure that i had to lead my sisters to grow up properly. that’s why when i see my sisters, they’re like daughters to me.”
