I had never seen this before. Neil Armstrong seems incredibly hesitant, even halting in his speech. You are right to wonder what was going on. The body language of all three seems to indicate discomfort.

Many of "Truths protective layers" that Armstrong talked of are still firmly in place. He and other Apollo crew members were forbidden to reveal certain things that could change the way we understand the cosmos.

Nah. Neil Armstrong was just a very, very reserved man. I met him back in the mid '90's and he was still very thoughtful of just about everything he said.

IMO it’s clear how shellshocked/exhausted they seem to be; even to others who don’t think the cause was NHI/UAP. Their nonverbal behavior & spoken words seem to indicate how hard they’re trying to suppress something mentally unsettling from popping up while maintaining composure.

This clip has had its speed slowed down. Even though the astronauts demeanor is suspicious, it’s unethical for someone to intentionally alter the speed to add more drama.

There were two previous Apollo missions that orbited the moon prior to the Apollo 11 landing. (Apollo 8 and Apollo 10) Surely those two missions would have experienced the same phenomenon Apollo 11 did. What about all the missions to the moon now? Manned and unmanned?
