I wonder where he got this idea

He pussied out by not mentioning the reason big chain pizza is getting worse is Indians not having the arm strength to cut all the way through the pizza.

From the OG.

He missed the third reason private equity acquires a company. The Bust Out. They look at an overvalued and underleveraged brand and buy them, then blitz through their credit, often buying goods and services from other companies they own at insane prices. That’s what happened to Toys R Us, and Red Lobster.

It's because Sysco and Ben E Keith have monopolized the sourcing.

@Steph93065 We have 3 commissary outfits that delivers to thousands of resturants. All get the same spice kits and sauces. Canned or frozen all the same. Pro Tip: go to family owned ethnic resturants only. The ones that can’t afford an account with Sysco.

He actually tried to make the argument that private equity being around since the last 20 years really has not been a problem and he mentions Burger King and Hardee’s as proof of that. The fuck.

Joann Fabric was a peofitable chain of craft stores. Private equity purchased it, put the debt on the business then promptly bankrupted & closed all the stores. It is a slow motion planned demolition of the economy. It's happening in every industry. It's not a mystery. 1/2

Cause chains race to the bottom to buy the most processed cheapest ingredients. They all buy the same processed shit from the same massive suppliers.

I was with him until he said Arby's. Then it's all I could see, thoughts of him shoving gross ass Arby into his beard hole.

Even Costco has gotten way worse in the last 5 years or so. I used to love their muffins and baguettes and now neither of them even taste like food.

Arby's is disgusting. I used to love their roast beef sandwiches, but they now taste weird to me, so I stopped going.

All of the restaurants he mentioned as being bought long ago, have long been terrible. This ain't new, it's accelerating.

Private equity and capitalism are not synonymous. Healthy capitalism does not include monopolies and preferential treatment by the govt for their billionaire friends.
My immediate guess: private equity.

I see all your theories and raise you one. Tiny hats control all the top investment firms. Tiny hats want us to eat shit. Problem solved. But this jackass will never name the jew.

@Moveclouds9 Stop eating out. If everyone would just stop they would have to change things, but people are slaves to their appetites. They can do as they please.

Private Equity ruins everything

The idea is BS. The food was always bad. He’s just getting older. I used to love eating Carl’s Jr.. It’s still taste the same. I’m just too old to eat that junk. I used to work at Pizza Hut when I was 16 and I’m 46 years old now. So 30 years ago we used to make crap food back then it was three giant pumps of really cheap oil. Probably chemically processed soybean oil in the pan then a frozen disc of dough then we stuck it in a steamer to proof it, put the wet sauce frozen grated cheese on it. Most of the ingredients came right out of the freezer like the tomatoes were just frozen chopped tomatoes. Everything was junk 30 years ago. I don’t know if his IQ is lower and he just can’t process this much but he’s not a smart conservative but he’s extremely entertaining and I respect he performance on what is a woman but the entertaining part is how really solidly stiff he is about complex stuff. He is no Jordan Peterson, but he’s a great conservative. I’d love to have him as a friend, but the commentary is I think purposely daft for entertainment purposes. People who make wonderful restaurants have a passion for food if you’re a capitalist buying a restaurant chain it’s pretty easy to mess it up. If you don’t understand, you gotta hire a good passionate person as a CEO. And a socialist society the best food is always gonna be home-cooked because if you become a good chef, it’s pretty likely you’re gonna be made to cook for everybody cause it’s from each according to their ability to each according to their need anybody with great abilities is going to have to work harder than everybody else and get probably nothing in return. Private equity it’s usually just looking at the economics of the business and fixing that part and trying to stay away from screwing up the rest, but sometimes they actually fix the business. It really has nothing to do with private equity, but who is involved in the running of the company. Are they talented? Or not. Free markets decide, and. Free markets are the real source of good food. The reason why food probably taste so bad is because there’s a ton of regulation on beef and pork and food and preservatives, etc. etc. etc. And a free market you literally have people taste. The food and people would go to where the food is healthiest and taste the best. A lot of big restaurants lawyers telling them how to cook the food to avoid lawsuits and that’s based off of food science and food science is a real culprit for bad American food. Food science says high fructose corn syrup is good for you. It says if you pack a bunch of preservatives in your heavy whipping cream that it’s all the same. But your body definitely says otherwise try eating heavy whipping cream these days. It’s all packed with carrageenan which is just a seaweed to make it thicker but it takes its toll on your entire system. That’s a lot closer to the truth of why chain food is bad than just private equity.

hiring all blacks and browns is why in the case of food

It's from hedge fund people owning everything. What odd to me is I thought monopolies were illegal in the US but apparently it's not when it's a hedge fund

In n out is an exception and has not declined.

Does he point at Sysco later in his rant? If not, he didn't figure it out

They all get the food from the same source, Sysco.

Consolidating the economy into larger and fewer companies incorporated into the State, Publicly owned (the people are the public the public is the State) is socialism. It just not Bolshevism. That’s why the food sucks and is all mostly the same throughout the entire country.

Because we WENT OFF THE GOLD STANDARD THAT IS WHY BITCOIN IS VITAL TO HUMAN SURVIVAL Two reasons one it’s a new electronic standard and TRULY SCARCE; 2nd it keeps SKYNET IN CHECK!!! @DSBatten @BitcoinliveDB

What a load of shit.

He’s not wrong very often…..but he is wrong here….the problem is not capitalism, but it IS Private Equity…..and it is the “pump and dump” nature of “some” PE firms. They are 100% ruining businesses on purpose, for profit. PE needs to be HEAVILY regulated and restricted!

Where’s someone that reddit fat guy with the fedora and knives meme, only it’s captioned “LEAVE PRIVATE EQUITY ALONE”

All those places are the fast food of the pizza industry. They all suck and have always sucked. Is it worse than 20 years ago? Absolutely. Most cheap fast food or food at the grocery is bioengineered bullshit. All of it is. That’s why it’s no good.

@majur_56 “What private equity is looking for is a cash cow that prints money over the long term” What the fuck is he talking about?

The food is all being supplied by the same manufacturer in China.

State keeps growing, in favor of political allies, which strangles market competition. With every monopoly, quality continually decreases while prices increase.

Private Equity doesn’t care about anything but $$. it’s the dark under belly of capitalism. The PE firms often take short sighted approach and burn everything in path. not the good guys

It’s because of private equity firms squeezing the last bit of profit from their foods is why it tastes like crap
