I see accuracy issues on the deep pass. The ball is behind the WR and not in the path the WR is running.

Did you ever see him talking with his receivers on the sidelines or getting in their faces? No! He would come off the field and sit by himself. Drops were def a problem, but he was not a leader and not engaged.
