I'll check back later for the comments from people who swear "it's not the dog it's the owner" and "they are the sweetest dogs ever" Even some seriel k1llers are likable, until they aren't ๐Ÿ‘€

Funny that productive, taxpaying members of society have to jump through multiple hoops to obtain a carry conceal permit but this woman can walk around with a barking wood chipper that she canโ€™t controlโ€ฆ

The amount of people who don't know that pitbulls were literally bred to fight and kill things while simultaneously saying it's "how you raise them" are the reasons why the world is the way it is. They have no knowledge of the origins of the breed and why it even exists. And they also deny the reality right in front of their face. You know most dog breeds were actually bred with specific intentions, right morons? Also, just stop for 10 seconds and think why its called a PIT-BULL...

This girl has no clue what sheโ€™s doing. The only hope for a dog like that is a sanctuary with people who are highly trained and experienced, far away from the public.

If you have to muzzle a dog, it shouldn't be alive.

This breed of dog should be illegal. I said what I said.

Kenji, the baby Mooseweiler, is learning to be comfortable with a muzzle. He isn't aggressive or likely to bite someone, so why do we do this? Emergency preparedness. If he's ever seriously injured the vet clinic will likely muzzle him as soon as they take him into the back. Even the gentlest of dogs with the best temperaments might become fearful and bite if they are in pain and someone tries to exam their injury. Especially if it's a stranger or they already have negative feelings about vet clinics. Even something as straightforward as a torn nail can be painful enough that a muzzle is used. Putting the muzzle on allows the veterinary team to quickly and safely examine the dog, perform first aid, or start an IV for sedation if needed. If a dog has never worn a muzzle, it can add to the stress and fear they are already experiencing from being restrained and examined while being in pain, especially if they try to resist having it put on. It's much easier on the dog and the veterinary team if the dog is comfortable with wearing a muzzle. If the dog has had a lot of positive conditioning with the muzzle it can actually help calm them as it's something familiar with good emotions attached. Anytime I can help my dogs avoid unnecessary stress, I'll do it. Muzzle training is one way and it helps ensure we're prepared for emergencies. Often when someone sees a dog wearing a muzzle, they assume the dog is aggressive. That's often not the case. It could simply be wearing it during training to get comfortable with it or it might be a dog that eats things off the ground. It could also be a responsible owner of a fearful dog that might snap if an unleashed dog rudely runs up. A muzzle doesn't mean a dog is bad. It's often the sign of a good dog owner. #XDogs #PuppyTraining #Muzzles ๐ŸŽฅ Kenji learning to voluntarily put his head into a muzzle
