Oh I’m going to jail for sure

It’s retarded that 11 year olds are traveling for sports too. Just play normal little league. You don’t need to make your life or your kids life around kids baseball…

The coach is a real sweetheart.

Youth sports has turned into a perverse, money making opportunity for equity firms throughout the country. They basically are capitalizing on parents dreams and a chance at a lottery ticket for their kids, from soccer to baseball to basketball to every sport under the sun. The sad fact is, as a parent who funds this, is even though that I know this is the case, I still have my kids involved. Honestly, it’s a waste of money and probably the most irresponsible thing I can do with my money.

Update from @Evan_Hand (just found out he’s on X!)

And there it is 👏👏👏👏 Thank you for spreading the word and keeping us updated @Evan_Hand!

Mychal Ryals is the coaches name What a DBAG

Apparently his mother is at fault for spelling Michael like a dbag would spell it

Hahahaha, very good point!

people "in charge" of most things these days are weak and avoid confrontation at all costs Meanwhile, people they are in charge of steamroll or do whatever wanted because no consequences ever happen

Do I want to get my acct nuked...again? I'll just say that this will happen again unless something is done to hold that coach and his team accountable for their actions.

That coach should be barred from coaching ball for life. My father coached Little and Junior Leagues for many years, won many championships including the Florida State Championship. He always stressed that the coach was the role model for the team. He NEVER yelled or screamed at any player or coach on his team or his opponents team. He believed in fair play and sportsmanship at all times. He was so popular his kids would visit him decades later when they were grown and had kids of their own.

Travel Leagues have ruined youth sports. Its unreal the hoops I see parents at work jumping through just to get to the next tournament or whatever, Vacations are tournaments, PTO is tournaments, Overtime is for Tournaments, side jobs it goes on and on Its unreal.

Youth sports is heavily corrupted by arrogant self righteous 40 year old dads who are living out some fantasy with 10 to 15 year Olds. Many leagues they stack one or 2 teams and screw the rest based on who you know in town. It's disgusting and enraging to witness.

As the father of 4 kids, 3 who were college scholarship athletes, we're letting the wrong people coach tournament sports. It's not just baseball, it's basketball, it's lacrosse, you name it. I've seen some insane things since 2011. But nothing like this.

Why doesn't the coach have a bloody nose?

Garrett Fortuna is the director for USSSA baseball in Kansas City. Horrrrible director and it’s a money grab. Lies to teams and does nothing with issues arise. USSSA is going down hill. Specially in KC

You’re allowed to just clip that mic onto your shirt or hat.

eject the coach eject the player the coach BANNED for life player suspended for the season unfortunately players are under pressure to listen to their coaches but this behaviour is no acceptable ban the coach for life and put the player in a long time out and make them both an example for the whole sport

and the opposing dads didnt pull that coach out of the dugout and give him the beating of a lifetime?

That's crazy. My boys did many years of travel/showcase baseball and I never saw anything like that.

We had a coach back during 11u tell his kid to throw at the head of our next batter because he thought we were stealing signs. The umpire heard it and ejected him immediately (as he should have).

Coached youth baseball for 20+ years. Rules meetings went like this: 1. Your son will not go pro. Your son has a .01% chance to play in college. 2. 3 postions on team. Player, Coach, Fan. Choose 1, and you can't play. 3. Don't work against our process. Very Successful Teams!

Bro throws 70 mph heat at 11?!?! Keep an eye on that boi!

The biggest difference i learned playing club soccer vs my kids doing travel baseball Is soccer coaches go through certifications Any dipshit can coach a baseball team

Why didn't the coach of that dugout throw a baseball bat at the other coach?

That is CRAZY Coach should of been kicked out also

The team should have been removed from the tournament and forfeited all their entry fees. Game would have been over instantly if I'm the umpire.

Adults are the problem. Had three kids who played soccer and my wife and I would sit as far away from the parents as possible. Coached youth soccer for 20 years and never put up with any questionable behavior from my parents. A lot of coaches make it about them, thinking that their reputation winning states at U11 matters. It doesn't. Two of our kids played college soccer. Coaches never cared about how many cups they won. All they cared about was were they gonna help their programs once they got there in the fall and were they good students because coaches don't want to deal with problem players. That's it. It's not hard.

Too bad they didn’t have a mascot.

Me to the Oklahoma coach if that hit my kid…

That coach wouldn’t have left the parking lot.

11u throwing 70mph? Dang. Corn Fed. I have to agree, youth sports are out of control, adults are ruining it

I hated little league as a kid. It attracts the very worst adults to the sport. Was not fun at all for me listening to overly invested fat asses yelling advice from the stands.

An adult needs to throw the ball directly at the coach’s head and see how he likes it.

No 11-year-old is throwing 70 especially not in Nebraska or Oklahoma

You should see kids hockey tournaments
