ladies and gentlemen I think we have solved the puzzle for $BBBYQ. time to hang my hat on how I believe the $BBBY (old) Chapter 11 was executed—G. more specifically, an IRC § 368(a)(1)(G) Type G Reorganization pursuant to a Section 363 sale. everything fits. all of my unknowns addressed. all clues left behind in the Plan answered. a Type G Reorganization only meets the criteria to use the entire NOL if the NewCo issues shares as a substantial portion (or all) payment for the acquired asset. I hope you find it informative.

I continue to share my progress in my recovery after this massive stroke and the coma and pneumonia that kept me in the hospital for over three months in the beginning of the year I hope that by sharing my experience strength and hope, I can help others who’ve been through something similar. That you are not alone!!! I admit it is an absolute miracle that I am here with you. So I am smiling and willing to do whatever it takes to improve my health. And As in every day I have to thank you for the prayers and support that helped carry me through and this far.

“tell me about what’s headspace you need to be in to be your best in the studio?” ROSÉ: i just need ‘not think’ personally, the last album i realized that it was so much more free flowing in the studio when i was just myself fully. I feel like everybody has stories to tell on like a day-to-day basis and like usually you would talk to your therapist about it or your boyfriend or to your best friend but ive kind of saved that and anytime i felt something, felt like speaking my mind i would quickly find a studio and and the people that i love to work with and just pop in and i’d just let it out there just so that, well for the last album it feels very intimate and feel like a journal.
