I would like to see proof that Aidan actually received an email or a text message from the special prosecutor in Meredith’s case. She prosecutors don’t reach out to “victims” directly. It always goes through an advocate. That’s why they have an advocate. They are the ones that communicate...

Actually this deserves a quote tweet Alyssa M. and not just a reply. Let’s go in order. 1. Aidan Kearney, the serial wiretapper, offered to withdraw wiretapping charges if Meredith agreed to delete her Twitter account and never talk about him again. 2. He then released text messages about their sex life through Joe Flipperhead to make sure Meredith felt the pressure. 3. She caved and mostly agreed to his terms so he’d stop and accepted his offer to withdraw the charges. 4. He used her acceptance of his offer to attempt to have her falsely charged with witness intimidation and told me I’d have to be a witness for him. I told him that was fine but that I was going to tell the truth. 5. The back and forth with Parker was Aidan insisting he only ask me to verify the quote verbatim. Parker was very interested in hearing the whole story and in fact agreed with my assessment. 7. Aidan incessantly was contacting them so much (and many others) that they almost charged HIM with witness intimidation and sent them both to magistrate’s hearings. I reasoned with Parker that the entire thing was a waste of police resources and their time. He agreed with me and it’s reflected in his report by him taking the exact position I advocated for to protect BOTH of them. 8. Parker was NEVER going to get on a 3-way call despite Aidan insisting it was Parker’s idea because like I had told Aidan while he was trying to gaslight me and lie about it, if he did so, he could be fired because it’s completely improper. The signal screenshots I published are not the entirety of our conversation or messages on the topic but they do reflect his attempts to frame Meredith for a crime she didn’t commit. I did call him out on his lie AFTER speaking with Detective Parker again and he did immediately drop it, that just happened several days in, 9. The subsequent agreement in writing was one of 3 attempts, 1 verbal, 2 written. It was Aidan who insisted the agreement be in writing AFTER I told him it would be non-binding and he shouldn’t participate in a written agreement without engaging his attorneys. Much like he said to Lindsey, he said he could not go to his attorneys because he was defying their wishes by doing any of this. The items that he’s published were worksheets containing items that I came up with to create the framework of an agreement that came from things they had both expressed to me along the way. He then lied, not because anyone was threatening him like he said in court. He did it to gain an advantage so he could continue to attempt have her charged with crimes she didn’t commit and lobby as many people as humanly possible to try and have her charged with crimes too. He’s a fucking fraud and so are you. Every step of the way, I’ve told you that you have no fucking clue what you’re talking about because you don’t. Every step of the way you’ve simply tried to enable or cover for his fucking horrendous behavior. You’re a scumbag. Here is the audio of him making the offer to withdraw the charges before trying to mislead the police into charging her. This is what you support. This is what you’re attempting to coverup. A psycho obsessed ex-boyfriend who needed to control his single mother ex-girlfriend and when she wouldn’t listen and kept hanging up on him, he needed to destroy her. Sincerely GFY.

.Naval: There was a story that I read about Elon Musk that really affected me, which was when he was talking to Bill Gates, and Bill Gates had just taken out some huge short on Tesla. It was like a billion dollar short or something. And, Elon was like, “Why would you do that? Why would you short Tesla?” And Bill goes, “Well, you know, I talked to my financial advisors and I looked at the math and there’s no way it’s overvalued. And so I’m going to make money on the short.” And Elon goes, “What do you care about making money? I thought you were into electric cars and climate change and saving the world. What are you doing trying to save a few bucks and betting against Tesla?”. And he just walked away in disgust. And I think he never talked to Bill Gates after that. And that’s when I realized, like, Elon’s a purist. He means what he says. The money is a tool for him to get what he’s trying to do. And so I take him at face value, which is the crazy thing, because a lot of people who set these audacious goals to inspire people, you kind of know they don’t really mean it. Elon, I take at face value. So I really do think he intends to get to Mars. I don’t think he’s joking about that. And I think he means to get there within a defined window of time. And I don’t think it’s just like an inspirational, faraway goal. I think he’s very, very concretely going to do whatever it takes. Because Elon doesn’t want to go down in history as the electric car guy or even the guy who saved America guy. He wants to go down as a guy who got humanity to the stars. Again, I’ll give him more credit than that. I don’t even think he wants to go down as the “I got humanity to the stars” guy. He’s just like, “I want to get to the stars, and so I have to make it happen in this lifetime. The only way that I get to experience the science fiction world in my head is if I get to the stars.” And so that’s so inspirational. I think that drives everything. So I think the government was just a thing that got in his way.

This man was criticized for expecting a “thank you” for a good deed. He always saw the same man walking when he drove to work. He assumed the man was walking because he did not have any other means of transportation. He used his own money and bought the man an electric scooter, the man took the scooter and just silently walked away, no thank you or anything else at all. I don’t think that was too much to ask, a thank you goes a long way, otherwise it makes people look ungrateful. Back in college, I had a classmate that I always saw walking home after class. It didn’t matter whether it was raining or snowing, or hot out. Whenever I drove past him he always looked miserable and I could tell he didn’t like to walk all the time. In class I had asked him where he lived, and I found out it was on my way home so I offered to drop him off because it was really cold out and had snowed about a foot. He agreed and we chatted on the way home, nothing serious just pleasant conversation. I dropped him off and went on my way home. For me this was a one time thing, I only offered because how bad it was snowing. After class the next day, he walked with me and when I got to my car he got in. I didn’t agree or offer him a ride that day but he assumed that since I was ok with giving him a ride the day prior that I would be ok with it this day too. I didn’t say anything about it because at this point I didn’t care really. So the next day came and went, once again he walked with me to the car but that day was different. I wouldn’t be going his way because I had to work after class. So before I got to the car I said “I’ll see you tomorrow.” He looked dumbfounded and said aren’t you taking me home? I said no, I have to get to work. He then asked me how he would get home, and I told him the same way you always have. He then gave me excuses for why I was being a jerk because I was making him walk in the cold. I didn’t argue I just told him I helped him out when I could, but I wasn’t about to go out of my way because he didn’t have a car and besides I didn’t want to be late for work. He didn’t speak to me for the rest of the semester because of it, something tells me I was better off not offering to help in the first place.

On the 13th of Sept, someone transferred 180k for an iPhone Xs 256GB. After acknowledging his receipt, he called, and I told him we don't have it but will ask colleagues and let him know. I asked my friend, and he told me 190k. I begged him to leave it at 180k because that is what the guy deposited (check frame 2 for reference). When he sent the phone from Kano to Jos, then I noticed it was an Xs Max. Seeing that the guy was in a hurry and didn't want to disappoint, I called him and told him what happened and said if he wants the Max, he can take it at no additional cost. I was willing to settle the difference because it was his first time buying from us. I packaged it with a new premium charger because all our used phones are sent packaged in our branded box with a charger, and I sent it to him in Abuja. He later messaged that he has received the phone and truly appreciates it. After months of not receiving any complaints from him, it clearly indicates that he has received a fully functioning phone. It is in our policy that if you find anything faulty within one week, you can return it to us and either ask for a replacement or refund. What this means is that the cost of bringing it from Kano to Jos, the packaging and charger, and the delivery to Abuja are all a loss to me. But I didn't mind because at least I have satisfied him. Nine weeks later, while I was in Kano, I saw a call from an unknown number. When I picked up, he said it was him. He told me that the camera has started giving him problems. I told him it has been months since you bought it, but you can take it to any repair store and tell me how much you spent, and I will pay. He asked if I know anyone, and I sent him someone's number. The guy didn't pick; he texted and informed me and later called me. I told him to go to anyone he trusts and let me know the amount he spent. A few days later, I was stranded between Kaduna and Abuja on my trip from Kano to Abuja because my car engine failed. He called, and I didn't pick; I don't even know his number. Later in the night, I received his messages on WhatsApp with a threat that he will make a video to tarnish the image of my business. Someone I was willing to help after months of buying a USED device from me is threatening me. I said he should go ahead because I can't entertain him anymore. In conclusion, a trade that I incurred a loss from is what some people are trying to justify as a scam. The beautiful part is I have made trades with hundreds of people here, and I would love two more people to come out and present a case in which they are still using a device I sold to them that is faulty and they contacted me for a replacement or refund, and I didn't do it instantly. "The hypocrite will always look for faults" - Ghazali. Those that are looking for a fault in me can justify something as woke as this; it doesn't matter. This is my own side and will no longer entertain him anymore. For those that believe in me without hearing from me, thank you so much.

Can any of my friends from the Boomer Generation answer this for me? Why are the Boomers so offended when ask to see their ID? This bank teller was explaining how she goes through this all the time. They always tell her that they’ve been banking there longer than she’s been alive. Showing an ID is just a simple measure to prevent fraud and theft, yet they yell at her for it. I ask because this happens to me all the time, even on the phone. Back at the pizza shop I would have an elderly man call in an order for food and most of the time he picks it up himself, no problem at all. However he started sending other people to pick it up as well as have other people calling the order. When the person picking up shows me his card which I recognize his name which had his photo on it, I won’t accept it without and ID as well, just a precaution. He then had to come all the way down there just to yell at me because obviously it’s for him and I shouldn’t have hassled him. I tried to explain to him when he calls it in and picks it up I know it’s him. However when others call it in and pick it up, I can’t verify if it’s actually legit or not, what if somebody stole his card and tried to use it. He still had an issue with it and explains that his grandkids should be able to use his card, I tell him that’s not how it works and if he kept giving my staff a hard time I would ban him from the store. I don’t need anybody threatening the workers over something meant to protect him. Should I just have let anybody use his card without verification at the shop? What if somebody did steal his card and spent his money, then he would have been mad at me for letting them do it.
