I would have kicked her out pretty early on, given her thr lowest passenger rating I could, and file a complaint about it. The entitlement this woman has is astounding, and people like her simply just need a good arse kicking.

So, being a driver myself, Uber keeps track of when passengers complain and report drivers consistently and starts removing their ratings off the drivers rate system. And, with her being so demanding and argumentative, I’d be allowed to pull over, end the ride early, and leave.
