No excuses. This goes for ALL produce: • Root veggies (potatoes, carrots): Scrub hard or peel. • Leafy greens, berries, apples, etc.: Rinse thoroughly under running water. • Anything with skin you eat: Wash it anyway....handling, transport, and field contact add up. Plain water is all you need....no fancy washes required. Just do it right before using. Your food (and your stomach) will thank you.
