So I never really showed the original before, but (for those who don't know) - I wrote "Hold You Forever" nearly 7 years ago. The song wasn’t originally about Aemeath. It came from a very personal and dark period in my life. Writing the song helped me understand that some painful experiences will never give us the answers or closure we deserve, and facing what happened is sometimes the only way forward. The song became my way of saying goodbye to that part of my life. It was also about learning to embrace the parts of myself that others had made me feel ashamed of. The original song is called "Fragments" - I released this in 2021. Kinda cool on a meta level that a song of the past found new meaning through Aemeath. I am happy I got to revive this song and that so many people connected with it!

The ‘Survive’ EP is out today and along with it the last song ‘The Day That I Die’. This is a tune I wrote about the lowest I’ve felt in my life and truth be told it feels a bit weird putting it out there for people to hear but I’m honestly the proudest I’ve ever been about a song with this one. It’s been an absolute pleasure being back releasing music and playing shows the last six months and I’m honestly so pleased to say I feel so far removed from the place I was when I wrote this song. rosé talking about unreleased song: Q: why didn’t you release the song? and would you ever release it? rosé: i wrote it after the album it’s more like a recent thing. that one i would love to release it. it is one of my favorite ones but and then i only realized that it was such a special song months after. Hey, I would just like to share my testimony with you. I was in Brazil not too long ago and I was telling everyone “Deus te abençoe” (God bless you) and “Jesus te ama” (Jesus loves you). I told this one lady in the favela and I could literally see it resonate with her spirit — we even took a picture together. Before I came, I had been playing the song “Porque Ele Vive” (Because He Lives) by Fernandinho — my stepmom is Brazilian and I was supposed to go to his church but didn’t end up making it. Later at the airport, I told the guy pushing my bags the same thing — “Deus te abençoe” / “Jesus te ama” — and he instantly started singing. 1 song… 1 BTC When it happened earlier I didn’t quite realize right away what that really meant Despite knowing every inch of relentless work I put in for 3 years to get to this moment, it still didn’t feel real until… I sat down at my childhood piano and, fighting the tears, I played the song. My song. My diary. My story. But for the first time, it didn’t feel like I was singing the song. It felt like someone was singing it TO me. Someone who understood me and who knew to tell me I wasn’t crazy for being like this. Someone who went through the same uphill battles who knew exactly what I needed to hear to keep going. I lost my wife and baby in 2021, being single parenting the rest of my kids but yet still trying to grind and hustle hoping you will see me one day and remember this song and reach out but I have decided I can’t wait forever when it wasn’t a song I got for free. I paid £15000 and I should not be treated like this I have spent so much money preparing for the song which is in Thousands of pounds. 32 years today my middle son came into our lives and was the most amazing person. Here he is at his second birthday. Conner left this earth 10 years ago. I now know had I avoided childhood vaccines he would still be with us today. I beg anyone who sees this who is still unsure about the need and safety of childhood vaccines to investigate. The information is not gray. It is clearly black-and-white in my view. It’s the biggest lie we have ever been told in the medical arena.
