Looks like crystalised fructose or sugar crackling. More dangerous stuff is the icecream itself which is made with hydrogenated fats and synthetic dyes. Yedhu danger nu koodama average customer irukaradhu thaan biggest issue.

That might be milk solid usually fatty substance used for emulsification for smooth texture of ice cream (as far as visuals go). If it's pliable & waxy, then it will melt while thawing. If its something else, file Consumer case.

Isn’t Ibaco the premium lineup of Arun ice creams? I don’t think this is hydrogenated oil like other ₹10 cup creams which is filled with hydrogenated oils instead of milk. Remember all the cheap ice creams you eat are using hydrogenated oils as its lot cheaper than milk diary.
