Looking back I was so so lucky to be a kid in the 80s & 90s. Times were great, we must find a way to get back to those days. For our kids and their kids one day.

Ibiza is full of tourists but go to mainland Spain, Valencia & you'll still see kids dancing & raving. It's culture British & northern Europeans don't dance anymore, they just stand around listen , drink on their phones, recording the moment to show friends. Idiotic!

The summer of 2000 along the Med was the peak. Fortunately, I had quit my job and took my grad school money I saved and lived in Italy for 6 months before traveling along the Med. The best time of my life. Everything has gone to hell ever since.

It's so sad 😭 I went in 2008 for the first time and have been many times over the years. We went last year and that's definitely the last time. It's awful now. All the VIP/money making bullshit has also ruined it.

We all agree with whats happening but guys, real bubbles, that have fun and party just for the sake of living an awesome life, still exist. They are not shown in your timeline, which is the exact reason why they are still this good. But they are there. Look for them. No regrets.

Super clubs should film the night for free and post it on YouTube and socials and hopefully that will encourage people to put their phones away and rave, knowing they can relive the footage anytime.
