Police were called to Samuel Saxon’s home 23 times in eighteen months for domestic violence. He kept his badge the whole time. An ICE assistant field office director in Cincinnati, Saxon had been abusing his partner for at least eight years — strangling her repeatedly, breaking her nose, and breaking her pelvis so badly it needed surgery. On December 5, 2025, a witness watched him drag her into their apartment in a chokehold and heard her screaming. Police found bruises across her chest. Investigators then caught him lying about it to a federal agent — he claimed he’d only spoken to her by phone that day. A witness’s video proved otherwise. He pleaded guilty to that federal charge and is awaiting sentencing; he still faces trial on the underlying assault and strangulation charges, to which he’s pleaded not guilty. He spent 20 years as an ICE supervisor. As of this month, he no longer is.

JUST IN: Charges dismissed against Alex Tchervinski in downtown Cincinnati brawl; he now stands as a witness against other suspects A judge has dismissed all charges against Alex Tchervinski after witnesses failed to appear in the massive downtown Cincinnati brawl that erupted after a Bengals game in January 2025. Tchervinski was originally charged with felonious assault after video showed him involved in the chaotic fight. He is now cooperating with prosecutors and will testify as a witness against the remaining suspects facing charges. Black city leaders contend that Tchervinski should have been charged with felony rioting like the others arrested. The case against him was dismissed with prejudice.

Chicago mother tries to deliver medicine to ICE processing facility—agent shoots "less than lethal" bullet directly into her neck. She called ahead and was given permission—but they still refused to let her in. "Give them the medicine for the person inside," she yells to agent when he finally opens the door—but instead he slams the door in her face. That is when agent on rooftop fires a pepper ball—hitting the woman in her neck. The medicine has still not yet been allowed to be delivered inside the Broadview facility. #DemsUnited

🚨BREAKING: Repeat offender charged with raping woman in wheelchair on CTA Red Line. Rasheed Griffin was charged with sexually assaulting a disabled woman in a wheelchair on the CTA Red Line, just 3 days after being released from electronic monitoring tied to prior criminal charges. Just weeks before the sexual assault, Griffin was accused of punching a bus driver. Police records show that a detective declined to pursue felony charges and instead, Griffin was charged with misdemeanor battery, released with an ankle monitor, and ordered not to commit another crime on the CTA. Griffin had previously failed to comply with the terms of his electronic monitoring. Despite this, he was taken off monitoring shortly before the assault. He has been arrested 6 times in Chicago this year alone, including multiple arrests on the CTA. In several cases, Griffin failed to appear in court, yet the charges were dropped, even after he had been charged with assaulting a Secretary of State employee.

Wife of an illegal migrant picked up by ICE is speaking out to the news and has a lawyer - They just got here in 2023 - Her husband has an arrest warrant in Argentina for domestic violence - In the last 2 years he’s been fingerprinted, twice released from custody “He was leaving for work and they just went up to him and arrested him” Her immigration attorney is trying to get in contact with ICE to make sure he isn’t deported…. Does this sound like someone we want in the United States??

Police stop ICE from pointing gun at U.S. citizen woman—although "no crime had occurred." Agent with gun was confronted by local office because he had no ID—in plain clothes and driving unmarked car. Woman was allowed to leave—because it's not a crime for her to film ICE agents at work. The Fullerton Police Department made it clear that they do not assist ICE arrests—officer only intervened because he saw a random man brandishing a handgun in the middle of the street. The incident occurred near the intersection of Santa Ana Boulevard and Shelton Street in Santa Ana, California. #DemsUnited

🚨HOLY SHIT: Kristi Noem just called the Minneapolis woman a terrorist- claiming ICE agents were “attacked” after an agent jumped to safety before shooting her in the face multiple times. Kristi Noem is a complicit monster. NOEM: “(What the victim did) was an act of domestic terrorism. ICE officers were stuck in the snow during an enforcement action when a woman attempted to ram them with her vehicle. An officer acted defensively to protect himself and others.”
