False. The woman seen being arrested fled a traffic stop, ran into the daycare and attempted to barricade herself inside and endangered the children there in doing so.

This pursuit started outside, in public. They CHOSE to run away and evade federal law enforcement. They shouldn't have run into the daycare. These criminals effectively used the daycare as a "human shield," hoping that ICE wouldn't follow them in there.
