While Justices Amy Coney Barrett and John Roberts voted to protect birthright citizenship for illegal aliens, ICE agents are actually out here enforcing the law. Every illegal alien removed is one less person who can have a child on American soil and create another citizen through the loophole these justices just protected. Thank you, ICE for removing this illegal alien in Milwaukee, WI. If only the Cowardly Two were more afraid of Republican backlash than they are of the radical left.

In the video, a man is surrounded by agents while bystanders record what’s happening. People filming say the man was just walking when agents stopped him, demanded to know where he was born, and insisted on “proof of citizenship” with no reasonable suspicion and no legal basis. For the record, US citizens do not have to carry identification while walking down the street (as the person filming points out). You are not required to prove your citizenship on demand. ICE does not get to detain you because of your skin color, your accent, or their personal assumptions. And yet, here we are again. Another unlawful stop, another person harassed, another community forced to witness federal agents treating brownness as a crime.
