CBS: ICE agents tased a U.S. citizen in the face during a Des Plaines, IL raid Tuesday morning, sending him to the hospital. Agents in multiple vehicles surrounded the family’s truck outside a 7-Eleven, blocking it from leaving. His undocumented father and two U.S.-citizen sons were detained; the tased son was hospitalized, then held for two hours before release. The father remains in ICE custody. This comes days after the Forest Park ICE shooting, intensifying fears in Chicago’s Latino community.

ICE raid Mexican restaurant based on "anonymous tip"—force it to close until at least October. Agents confiscated equipment needed to stay open—even after owner says he cooperated for "several months" and "we are clean of everything that has been said." No undocumented workers were reported arrested by the sheriff's department—ICE later claimed to have detained two workers. The owner, Luis Flores, thanked the community for its support after a large crowd rushed to the scene to protest. The incident occurred at the Hacienda Real Restaurant in Frisco, Colorado. #DemsUnited

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents walked onto PRIVATE PROPERTY in Brownsville, Texas, without a warrant, with their guns drawn… and then threatened to ARREST the property owner for telling them to get off his own property. In the video, six ICE agents walk onto the property, with guns drawn, and start searching it. The property owner tells them to get off his private property, and they ignore him. Then, they start chase after a man, who starts running, and tackles him. The property owner runs over and tells them… “Get out of here. This is private property.” The ICE agent literally responds, “That doesn’t matter. He was running. Get back.” Then the agent starts SHOVING the property owner backward. The owner tells him, “I live here.” The agent tells him to back up or he’ll be arrested. ON HIS OWN PROPERTY. Then the owner asks, “Where is your warrant?” And the ICE agent says… “We do not need a warrant.” Except… that’s not how the Constitution works. The Fourth Amendment protects civilians from unreasonable searches and seizures. ICE does NOT get to just walk onto private property, guns drawn, search it, and ignore the property owner demanding to know their legal authority… because they claim they saw someone run. And what makes this even more disturbing is that when a U.S. citizen is questioning why armed federal agents are on HIS property, the response is to SHOVE him and threaten to arrest him. Because apparently telling armed federal agents to get off your own property… is now grounds for arrest. This is exactly why people need to be recording every ICE encounter. Because when the people with guns, and badges, refuse to explain what legal authority they have, the video may be the only thing showing what actually happened. The Constitution still applies to ICE. And no badge gives you the right to just assault a U.S. citizen when they demand you get off their property.

ICE wrestled Alabama worker to the ground & detain him for hours—he is a U.S. citizen. Young man was begging & shouting, "I am a U.S. citizen"—but that didn't stop ICE agents from dragging him off to a detention center. Not following due process hurts us all—and our economy. His family said that ICE agents did release him after he was finally given the opportunity to prove he was a U.S. citizen—but only after many hours. This construction site in Foley, Alabama was forced to shut down for at least the day. How many other businesses were affected? #DemVoice1 #wtpBLUE #DemsUnited

Goldman brags about being a prosecutor for 10 years but apparently has never heard of ICE Homeland Security Investigations. Those special agents investigate and make arrests on all sorts of federal crimes. If you're a U.S. citizen and you violate a federal law, ICE HSI can and will arrest you. His callous disregard for the 8,000% increase in death threats our officers and agents endure speaks volumes about how little he understands law enforcement.

🚨ICE agents were filmed committing a hit and run AFTER racially profiling and illegally detaining a U.S. citizen. In the video, ICE agents have the man completely boxed in with vehicles, surrounding him on multiple sides while he films the encounter. One of the federal vehicles is backed directly against the front of his car as the man asks who is going to pay for hitting his vehicle… The agents ignore him, get in their cars, and drive away. Think about how insane this is… Federal agents boxed in an American citizen based on how he looked… damaged his vehicle in the process… then fled the scene once they realized he was a U.S. citizen. If a regular person hit someone’s car and then drove away, they would be arrested and charged. But, for ICE agents… it’s just another day.

ICE agents threatened to beat up a Seattle small business owner, married to a citizen, with NO criminal record unless he signed a "voluntary" departure. I'm told there were cameras in the room. I'm demanding any video and that Eduardo be brought home immediately.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents broke into another family’s home without a warrant in Minneapolis, a blatant violation of the Fourth Amendment, and illegally detained a U.S. citizen, half-naked, in subzero temperatures. Yesterday, ICE agents showed up at a Hmong family’s home, forced their way inside without a warrant, trashed the house, put a gun to the daughter-in-law’s head, and dragged the father out wearing only boxers, refusing to let him put on clothes, while it was -9 degrees outside. Then it gets worse. He is a naturalized U.S. citizen. ICE illegally entered his home, illegally detained him, drove him around for over an hour, interrogated and fingerprinted him, and only after realizing they had no authority to hold him, quietly dumped him back at his house like nothing happened. No warrant. No charges. No consequences. This isn’t immigration enforcement… It’s armed home invasions, constitutional violations, and state-sanctioned kidnapping. And if they can do this to a U.S. citizen in his own home, they can do it to you.

This liberal burnout is now encouraging white ICE protesters to harass ICE agents while armed. The left is a death cult and want to use the tragedy of a useful idiot for propaganda. Pay him a visit, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
